The Department of Science and Technology invite proposals for establishment of Science Technology and Innovation STI Hubs to develop, nurture and ensure the development, improvement, and delivery of appropriate and relevant ST approaches for Creation of Sustainable Livelihoods and enhancing the Quality of Life of the Scheduled Caste population in the country.
